Albouro Restaurant Review 29/06/2025 Atmosphere: Busy little restaurant,family run on the beach. Brilliant outlook.We didn't book a table. Staff : Pleasant and efficient taking orders. Drinks arrived quickly. Food : We both had Lamb Kleftiko and was more than enough food.Served in baking paper and was excellent and freshly cooked.Lots of meat for the cost. Overall comment: The location on the beach is very good. It was busy and everyone else food looked great. Definitely worth a visit and we're going again. You can't miss directions as there's a girl with free wine on the street to show you the shortcut Cost €50, 2 x Lamb Kleftiko, 1 x 0.5L house wine, 1 X large beer & 1 Diet coke & 1 large water
Taverna only as we did not stay in rooms.great place very chilled guvnor very relaxed . Sun beds free but popped into bar for a pint and snacks.Served cold beer lovely chips and callamarie.Good clean loos and support for a families wiv nappies sanitary products - recommend a stop here
Great location right on the beach at the quiet end. Friendly service and a new chef this year - ate there twice and had excellent meals both times, especially the calamari! Favourite taverna in Katelios.
I can't say much about the rooms as we only visited the beach and Cafe. About a dozen sunbeds on sand, Coffee available, as we're toilets and a shower. Lovely owners who have been there since 1986.
We were really pleased to see this place open again in the evenings for food after a couple of years hiatus. Lovely setting, friendly welcome, clearly a talented new chef and the best house white in the resort.
Lovely dinner so fresh and well prepared, quiet and tucked away if you prefer to get off the main row of restaurants for a night.
Where to begin, stumbled on this place by accident and essentially ate on a private beach, with water in arms reach, as there were very few people eating here tonight. The 'Fisherman Spaghetti' is the best seafood linguine I've ever eaten, fully loaded with shrimp, muscles, baby octopus and calamari; the linguine was perfectly ale dente and piping hot. The tomahawk was well done, with tasty potatoes with it. The service was friendly and would recommend it to anyone.
